Sometimes it takes more than just installing new upgrades and converting your data to the latest version. There may be hidden corruption in your database preventing a successful upgrade. You may have multiple AR or AP databases that need to be combined. Since we’ve combined many backup copies of databases with current databases, all of our data integrity checks have passed successfully.
