Training
A critical element when implementing a new system is training. This applies to all people in the organization who will be using the software. Within and across departments, there are groups that use different features, or use the same features differently, to accomplish their work. This is why training has to be focused on how the user works, rather than how the software works.
Here’s how we do it:

Design each session with the user’s specific needs in mind

Deliver training by experienced, certified implementation consultants

Deliver sessions one-on-one or in small groups

Learn hands-on in your live database, or a copy of your database
